About Fully Liberate Yourself

 Do you feel like you’ve lost yourself?   Like you’ve spent years being the strong one, the good one, the easy one — until you don’t even know what you want any more.

If you’re anxious, overwhelmed, people‑pleasing, or stuck in a life that looks “fine” but feels wrong, you’re not broken. You’re patterned. And those patterns can be gently rewired.

Many clients also notice natural shifts — reduced anxiety, calmer eating habits, improved confidence, even weight loss — simply because they’re no longer abandoning themselves.

I help you reconnect with who you are beneath the survival strategies, using trauma‑informed hypnotherapy, RTT and EFT.


Most of the people I work with feel anxious, disconnected, and exhausted from years of managing other people’s needs, emotions, and expectations. They’ve spent so long being the responsible one, the peacekeeper, the one who holds everything together, that they’ve lost touch with their own identity.

This kind of stuckness isn’t a flaw; it’s a subconscious survival pattern.


When you’ve learned to stay small, agreeable, or invisible to feel safe or accepted, your mind suppresses your intuition, boundaries, and desires. Over time, you lose connection with who you are and what you want. You might find yourself overthinking, spiralling, people‑pleasing, emotional eating, or feeling numb, even when nothing looks “wrong” from the outside. 

 

Using hypnotherapy, RTT, EFT, inner child work, and trauma‑informed subconscious healing, we work with the part of you that learned to survive by abandoning yourself. As you reconnect with your real self, many clients naturally experience:

My Story

For years, I lived inside patterns that weren’t really 'me' Anxiety, self‑doubt, people‑pleasing, emotional shutdown — all of it was driven by protective adaptations I didn’t even know I’d built. They kept me safe once, but eventually they kept me small.


Healing didn’t happen because I pushed harder. It happened when I learned to meet those old patterns with gentleness, integrate the hurt beneath them, and let my real self come back online. That shift changed everything: my confidence, my relationships, my habits, my sense of direction, my inner peace.


This lived experience is the foundation of my work. I don’t guide people from theory. I guide them from the inside of the journey.


My Approach

My style is intuitive but practical. I’m not here to 'fix' you or analyse you from a distance. I’m here to help you soften the layers that were never truly you, so the part of you that is you can lead again.

I work with a blend of Hypnotherapy, RTT, EFT tapping and meditation‑based mind–body work. These methods help dissolve old programming, calm the nervous system, and restore your natural clarity and intuition.

This is a focused, results-driven session designed to help you move forward—fast, fostering mindfulness and personal growth. We start with Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT) to uncover and shift the subconscious beliefs and patterns that keep you stuck. Whether it’s procrastination, self-doubt, or emotional overwhelm, RTT gets to the root and rewrites the story. Then we integrate Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT)—a calming, body-based method that uses acupressure tapping to release lingering stress and lock in your new mindset. It’s deep, effective, and surprisingly fast.

Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT) is a life-changing modality created by Marisa Peer, weaving together the wisdom of hypnotherapy, psychotherapy, NLP, and CBT into one powerful experience that fosters personal growth. RTT guides you beyond surface symptoms, deep into the subconscious where outdated programs and inherited conditioning reside. By illuminating and releasing these root blocks, you reclaim your truth—often in just one to three sessions—and begin to live as the person you were always meant to be: free, confident, and fully alive, all while embracing mindfulness.

About EFT

Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT), or tapping, is a gentle yet powerful tool for releasing stuck energy and promoting personal growth through mindfulness. By rhythmically tapping on specific acupressure points while tuning into a limiting belief or emotional block, you signal the body to let go—calming the nervous system and dissolving old patterns.

The greatest discovery of my generation is that a human being can alter his life by altering his attitudes.
