I have spent many years working with people in support roles, education projects and community settings. This has given me a broad and genuine understanding of the challenges people face in everyday life. My lived experience is a significant part of my work and it allows me to meet clients with real empathy and practical insight.
I graduated in Rapid Transformational Therapy in 2020 and I am also trained in EFT and meditation techniques that support calmness, clarity and emotional balance. Alongside my clinical experience, I draw on everything I have learned from working closely with individuals and groups over the years.
